Please consider the following information to better understand the process of getting your tickets in hand and into your event. If you have any questions, please contact Altitude Tickets Customer Service.
Tickets purchased are not in my Altitude Tickets Account under 'My Tickets'.
Tickets purchased online, that are not Team season tickets, will not be listed in your Altitude Tickets Account under 'My Tickets'. To view your order purchase please navigate through your AltitudeTickets.com/account, under the My Orders & Payments tab. (Please note that you may need to change the default display from ‘Show orders with an outstanding balance,’ to ‘Show all orders.’)
Tickets purchased are not in Flash Seats Account.
All ticket purchases are held until the business day after the public on sale. Tickets should arrive within 48hrs after being sent. If you still do not see your tickets in your Flash Seats account please consider:
- The artist, team, or venue has a delivery delay enforced on your event tickets. Please see event landing page for delivery delay information.
- You have multiple Altitude Tickets and/or Flash Seats accounts. Flash Seats are delivered to the email address under the account you purchased tickets. Please make sure you are looking under the proper account
- Tickets are not Flash Seats and may be delivered via Standard Mail or Will Call.
If you are still unable to locate your Flash Seats tickets please contact Altitude Tickets Customer Service.

- *Only available for select third-party clients
You may review which method of delivery you selected on your Altitude Tickets Order Confirmation email.
I think I have Flash Seats? What are Flash Seats?
If your tickets were delivered via the Flash Seats digital ticketing system. This means that your tickets are now associated with the credit card you used to purchase them. Present that card to the ticket taker at the entry gate, as you would a standard paper ticket, your tickets will print out right there, and you’ll walk in and enjoy a great show.
There’s no need to wait in any extra lines – You can skip the box office and will call and just go straight to the entry doors.
To view your tickets, or to change your entry ID, or to transfer your tickets, you can log in to your Flash Seats account at www.FlashSeats.com using the same e-mail address and password used to set up your AltitudeTickets.com/account. For more information on how Flash Seats works, please visit Flash Seats FAQs
I think I have Digital Delivery? What is Digital Delivery?
Digital Delivery is an electronic ticket such as Mobile Entry QR Code, App or entry via Credit Card. All Digital Delivery tickets are being held for delivery. Please check the individual event page on AltitudeTickets.com for specific delivery details.
I had my tickets shipped to me via Standard Mail. Where are they?
All ticket purchases are held until the business day after the public on sale. Orders that elect to be mailed are only shipped to the billing address. If you would like to update the shipping address please contact Altitude Tickets Customer Service.
Once tickets are printed and shipped they should arrive within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, Altitude Tickets does not have any control over the tickets once they are in the hands of the US Postal Service. Please note the following actions will occur if:
- Tickets are returned
- Tickets are lost in the mail / never received
If your tickets are returned due to incorrect address, failure to deliver, etc. Altitude Tickets will contact you via phone or email requesting updated information or an alternative address. Please note: No further action will be taken on returned tickets until further instruction is given by you, account holder.
If tickets are lost in the mail or the account holder never received your tickets please contact Altitude Tickets Customer Service. We can advise you on the ship date and the address to which the tickets were sent. If a reasonable amount of time has passed and your tickets have not arrived at that address, it is possible they have been lost in the mail. Tickets reported lost in the mail can be reissued as either Will Call pickup at the venue box office on the day of show, or as digital delivery through the Flash Seats.com digital ticketing system. No exceptions we will not reissue lost or stolen tickets via standard mail.
I have Will Call tickets.
Your tickets are available at the venue's box office for pick-up. Tickets left in Will Call may be picked up beginning two hours prior to a game or event. Guests will be asked to provide a picture ID corresponding to the name of the person under which the tickets are held.
I want to print my tickets at home (.pdf)
Altitude Tickets does not offer print at home options except for select third party events.
I have Print-At-Home Tickets
All ticket purchases are held until the business day after the public on sale. Orders that elect for print-at-home are sent via email to the email address associated with the Altitude Tickets account. If you would like to update the email address please contact Altitude Tickets Customer Service.
Once Altitude Tickets sends your Print-At-Home tickets (e-tickets) please check your inbox and spam folders. Please note the email is NOT your tickets. You must print your etickets and bring them with you on the day of the event. The email alone will not be accepted for entry.

I purchased tickets online, I saw them in my account, and now they are gone?
Altitude Tickets takes cyber security and fraud very seriously. Tickets may have been removed from your account due to:
- Suspected Fraud
Suspected Fraud: If our fraud department considers an order highly suspicious the tickets will be removed from the account. Orders are then either held for identity or cancelled outright (if necessary). Email notifications will be sent to the email address on file informing them of the reason tickets were cancelled. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Altitude Tickets Customer Service. Altitude Tickets reserves the right to cancel any order, without notice, due to suspected fraud. See Terms & Conditions.
Over-The-Ticket-Limit: Customers are requested to adhere by artist, team, and/or venue posted ticket limits. In order to discourage unfair buying practices customers are limited to a specified number of tickets per household. Altitude Tickets reserves the right to cancel any order, without notice, if ticket limits are exceeded.
