Why do I have to return my printed tickets?
If your event is postponed / rescheduled or you want to change your method of delivery or seats Altitude Tickets requests all printed tickets returned to us before making changes to your account. Our reasoning is simple, we wish to protect any potential customers from fraud. We appreciate customers understanding and patience.
