I purchased tickets and now I see better tickets. Can I change seats?
To exchange or upgrade your seats to a preferred location the order must result in an order total of equal or greater value and may be subject to additional limitations as determined by the event promoter or team. Any special offers applied at the time of your original purchase may not be valid for your new inventory depending on the specific offer details.
To make changes to an existing Altitude Tickets order, based on available inventory, please have your Altitude Tickets order confirmation number available and call Altitude Tickets Customer Service.
Exceptions to changes, exchange, and upgrades – we are unable to exchange tickets for any events that are:
- Exchanges for tickets of lesser value
- Secondary Marketplace tickets, VIP, Official Premier Seats, and other premium tickets
- Tickets purchased with additional items or bundled products, such as merchandise
- Tickets that are later discounted
- Exchanges across dates, times, or venues
- Tickets for non-participating venues (and artists, teams, etc.) that have a “no refunds or exchanges” policy. Contact Customer Service for case-by-case information.
