Understanding Methods of Delivery
When purchasing Altitude Tickets, after selecting your seats at your desired price level, you elect your "method of delivery" or how you wish to receive your tickets. Altitude Tickets most common options are:
- Flash Seats
- Digital Tickets
- Standard Mail
- Will Call
- *Only available for select third-party clients
You may review which method of delivery you selected on your Altitude Tickets Order Confirmation email.
If your tickets were delivered via the Flash Seats digital ticketing system. This means that your tickets are now associated with the credit card you used to purchase them. Present that card to the ticket taker at the entry gate, as you would a standard paper ticket, your tickets will print out right there, and you’ll walk in and enjoy a great show.
There’s no need to wait in any extra lines – You can skip the box office and will call and just go straight to the entry doors.
Digital Delivery is an electronic ticket such as Mobile Entry QR Code, App or entry via Credit Card. All Digital Delivery tickets are being held for delivery. Please check the individual event page on AltitudeTickets.com for specific delivery details.
Tickets are printed and shipped beginning after the general public on sale to your billing address within 3-5 business days. Please note: Depending on the event delivery holds may be in place. Please refer back to event page on AltitudeTickets.com for delivery delay information. If you have not received your tickets within a week prior to the event please contact Altitude Tickets Customer Service.
Your tickets are available at the venue's box office for pick-up. Tickets left in Will Call may be picked up beginning two hours prior to a game or event. Guests will be asked to provide a picture ID corresponding to the name of the person under which the tickets are held.
Altitude Tickets does not offer print at home options except for select third party events. If the option is available the print-at-home tickets are sent via email to the email address associated with the Altitude Tickets account.
Once Altitude Tickets sends your Print-At-Home tickets (e-tickets) please check your inbox and spam folders. Please note the email is NOT your tickets. You must print your .pdf etickets and bring them with you on the day of the event. The email alone will not be accepted for entry.
