How do I request accessible seats?
Accessible Seating may be purchase either online or by phone.
Online: Majority of all Altitude Tickets purchase options have accessible seating adjacent to the regular ticket option online.

Phone: Accessible seats may also be purchased over the phone by calling Altitude Tickets Customer Service.
Altitude Tickets Customer Service Hours:
- Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM
- Saturday 10AM – 1PM
If non-accessible seats were purchase by mistake or you are now in need of an accessible section, please contact Altitude Tickets Customer Service for assistance.
Note: You or someone in your party must require accessible seating to purchase tickets in an accessible section. After you purchase your tickets, if you require a sign language interpreter, please contact Guest Relations at Pepsi Center at least 72 hours in advance of the event. You may email GuestRelations@PepsiCenter.com or call 303.405.8548 for your interpreting request.
