If you attempted to order tickets and were denied due to fraud, please contact your bank to review your credit card details are up to date. After verifying your credit card and billing information if you continue to experience issues completing your purchase online, please contact Altitude Tickets Customer Service.
I see a charge on my credit card account even though I was declined.
When payments are declined by our merchant bank, your bank had already pre-authorized the charge(s), as a result of our internal fraud prevention process. This means that while your bank has already approved the pre-authorization, our bank will not actually debit your account, and those pre-authorizations should drop off your statement soon. As processing times and policies can vary from one bank to another we strongly recommend that you contact your bank directly for more information about how they handle third party cancellations.
