Altitude Tickets Account Manager
We are excited to announce Altitude Tickets has transitioned to a new ticket system powered by Ticketmaster. This will result in a better customer experience managing tickets.
Instructions:
Step 1: On a desktop or mobile browser, access Account Manager
Step 2: Click ‘Sign In’ in the top right corner
- Account Manager is an exclusive Ticket Management System for Season Ticket Holders & select Customers affected by Altitude Tickets switch to new Ticketing Software. An account has been setup for all affected customers and email instructions have been sent to recover previously purchased tickets.
Step 3: Sign In using the email address associated with previous ticket account.
- New Users: Reset Password to access Account Manager for the first time.
- DO NOT create a new account. Previously purchased tickets are associated with purchasing email only.
- Be sure to check spam/junk/clutter folder if password reset hasn't arrived within 15 minutes of reset request.
- By clicking the reset link, a prompt will appear to select a new password. Set password, reenter email and new password, then press "Sign In"
- Returning Users: Enter email address and password, then press "Sign In"
Step 4: All set. Explore the many benefits of Account Manager.
