How to Resale Tickets for Season Ticket Holders on Account Manager
We understand season ticket members might not be able to make every event and wish to resell tickets. Reselling tickets just got easier with Altitude Tickets Account Manager. Season Ticket Members may enjoy using Account Manager to quickly place tickets up for resale for one or multiple events.
Step 1: Login To Account Manager
Step 2: Select "Manage Tickets" or on Mobile open the Menu in the top left hand corner tap "Manage Tickets"
Step 3: Select Event or Events to resale. Multiple events may be placed on resale at the same time as long as all resale perimeters are the same - Number of seats, listing price, seller profile, etc.
Step 4: Tap the "Sell" Button.
Step 5: Select the tickets you want to sell and then tap “Continue.”
Step 6: Enter the per ticket selling price and then tap “Continue.”
Step 7: Select if you would like the funds received from selling your ticket(s) to be deposited into your bank account, or if you would like to receive seller credit, and then tap "Continue."
Please note for direct deposit into banks accounts: First time sellers are asked to put in their account information and will be mailed a hard check. Next sale, sellers will be asked to re-enter the account number as part of the fraud verification process. From that point forward the checking account information should be saved and will not need to be entered the next time.
Step 7: Review the listing and post tickets by clicking "Confirm."
