How to Edit / Cancel Resale Tickets for Season Ticket Holders on Account Manager
Altitude Tickets Account Manager allows listed tickets to be adjusted or postings to be cancelled. Editing or cancelling a posting occurs across all tickets listed.
Step 1: Login To Account Manager
Step 2: Select "Manage Tickets" or on Mobile open the Menu in the top left hand corner tap "Manage Tickets"
Step 3: Select the Event or Events that have tickets listed.
Step 4: Tap the "Edit/Manage".
Step 5: Select the action to be performed:
- EDIT: Select "Edit" and update listing price. After submitting a change, an email will be sent notifying account holder the change was successful.
- CANCEL: Select "Cancel" and, after confirmation, the listing will be cancelled. An email will be sent notifying account holder of the change and tickets will be returned to account.
