Reclaim Tickets After Transferring
Transferred tickets may be recalled on Altitude Tickets Account Manager as long as the tickets have not already been accepted by the recipient.
Step 1: Login To Account Manager
Step 2: Select "Manage Tickets" or on Mobile open the Menu in the top left hand corner tap "Manage Tickets"
Step 3: Navigate and select the event that has an existing ticket transfer offer.
Step 4: Choose the transferred seat(s) to recall, and click Cancel Transfer.
*Please note: Transfers can only be reclaimed before they have been accepted by the recipient.
Step 5: View the recall message and finish by clicking Reclaim. An email will be sent to the sender and the recipient confirming the ticket offer has been cancelled.
Finished: A confirmation screen will display stating the reclaim details and tickets will be available on account once more.
