How to Send Your Tickets To Another Fan
Every fan needs to present a ticket to enter our venues. If your party is not with you, you are able to transfer the ticket to them via your smartphone so they may enter separately using Altitude Tickets Account Manager. We recommend transferring tickets to family and friends 24 hours prior to the event. Please note: Transfer capabilities may be restricted select events.
Step 1: Login To Account Manager
Step 2: Select "Manage Tickets" or on Mobile open the Menu in the top left hand corner tap "Manage Tickets"
Step 3: Click on the desired event, click Transfer.
Step 4: Select the specific seat(s) you would like to transfer.
Step 5: Enter your recipient’s info including First Name, Last Name, Email Address then optional message. Click Transfer to complete the send.
Finished: A confirmation screen will display stating the transfer details.
